Eminem Scores A Perfect Ten In U.K. With 'Music To Be Murdered By' - Billboard

Eminem extends his record-breaking run of consecutive No. 1 albums in the U.K. to ten, entering at the top with Music To Be Murdered By (Interscope/Universal). He also scores a chart double by simultaneously debuting at the singles summit with “Godzilla,” featuring Juice Wrld.

The album opens with 36,000 combined units, according to the Official Charts Company, to see off the challenge of U.K. indie rock favorites the Courteeners. They come in at a career-best No. 2 with their sixth studio album More. Again. Forever (Ignition). Lewis Capaldi's Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent (EMI/Universal), which returned to the summit last week, falls to No. 3.

Bombay Bicycle Club start at No. 4 with their fifth album Everything Else Has Gone Wrong (Mmm.../Universal) as Stormzy's Heavy Is The Head (Merky/Atlantic/Warner) falls 3-5. There's a No. 6 debut for Halsey's Manic (Capitol/Universal) and Mac Miller's posthumous Circles (Parlophone/Warner) arrives at No. 8. The Frozen II soundtrack (Walt Disney/Universal) is in a third week atop the compilation chart.

“Godzilla” takes the No. 1 singles honors by a whisker, finishing 93 combined units ahead of Roddy Ricch's “The Box” (Atlantic/Warner), which climbs 5-2. Stormzy's “Own It” (Merky/Atlantic/Warner), featuring Ed Sheeran and Burna Boy, falls to No. 3 after a three-week reign.

The Weeknd's “Blinding Lights” (Republic/Universal) climbs again 8-4. Capaldi's “Before You Go” is down 2-5 and there's a first top ten appearance for south London rapper DigDat, whose “Ei8ht Mile” (Since 93/Columbia/Sony), featuring Aitch, debuts at No. 9.
