Billboard will shine the light on a few powerhouse ladies during the 2019 Women in Music event on Thursday.

The 14th annual event celebrates the impact of some of the industry's most hard-working and talented women. The highest honors of the night will be delivered to music's biggest superstars like Billie Eilish, who is being recognized with the Woman of the Year award, Game Changer recipient Nicki Minaj, Trailblazer award winner Brandi Carlile, Impact award winner Alicia Keys and the newest ladies to shake up the sound of music Megan Thee Stallion and Rosalía, who will receive the Powerhouse and Rising Star award, respectively.

Taylor Swift, who was named the Artist of the Decade at the 2019 American Music Awards in November, will also be honored for her contributions to the music industry over the last 10 years as Women in Music's Woman of the Decade. Meanwhile, Alanis Morissette will claim the Icon award in honor of the 25th anniversary of her highly celebrated album, Jagged Little Pill.

Artists aren't the only ones being recognized for the many ways they've influenced music. Many leading ladies who have worked behind the scenes to push the needle further for females within the industry are also expected to take home high honors, including Roc Nation's chief operating officer Desiree Perez, who Billboard named Top Executive of the Year.

Perez's recognition comes following Billboard's release of the Women in Music Top Executives list, which highlights more than 150 female industry leaders and veterans in addition to young women who are on the rise in their music business pursuits. The list celebrates the likes of National Music Publishers' Association executive vice president/general counsel Danielle Aguirre; Celine Joshua, general manager of commercial, content and artist strategy of Universal Music Group and Monica Cornia, senior vice president of international marketing at RCA Records and Arista Records, among several others.

Indie-pop princess and last year's Women in Music's Rising Star Hayley Kiyoko will host the event along with Billboard's senior editor Danica Daniel, who will be on hand backstage to speak with honorees throughout the night. Meanwhile, YouTube star Lele Pons and Billboard's own on-air talent Chelsea Briggs will host the pre-show, covering all the red carpet arrivals.

The event is expected to kick off live at Los Angeles' Hollywood Palladium theater on Thursday night at 9 p.m. ET. Viewers hoping to celebrate along with their favorite artists and executives can keep up with all the action by tuning into Billboard's live broadcast of the event.

Billboard will live stream the pre-show and Women in Music ceremony on its website. Viewers can also watch the show on YouTube.
