Is Eminem Releasing New Music Tomorrow? - XXLMAG.COM

Eminem might be preparing to drop some new music this Friday (Aug. 30).

After the rapper sent out a cryptic tweet on Wednesday night (Aug. 28), more signs have surfaced that may point to new music from the Detroit MC. His longtime producer Fred Wreck retweeted Em's message with a mysterious tweet of his own. Illa Da Producer, who cooked up a few bangers on Em's last project Kamikaze, also reposted the Shady Records founder's tweet on Instagram without giving anything away.

It's evident that Eminem has returned to the studio since he dropped his 10th studio album Kamikaze. He recently reunited with 50 Cent on Ed Sheeran's new song and hopped on Logic's "Homicide" earlier this year. Let's also not forget that Meek Mill tweeted about his upcoming power moves with Eminem and Jay-Z. Yet, the most potentially obvious clue is Skylar Grey's latest Instagram post, in which she admits that she's "back in the lab with Em."

It's also important to note that the one-year anniversary of Kamikaze's release is coming up this Saturday (Aug. 31), and what better way to celebrate than to drop a new song. We haven't received an official solo record from Eminem since last year. However, last week a hacker backed by crowdfunding managed to dig up one of Em's long-lost songs from his Relapse 2 album that was scrapped entirely.

All signs seem to point to new music from Eminem, but we'll have to wait and see on Friday.
