Antonio Brown drops rap music video, internet reacts accordingly - MLive.com

The saga of Antonio Brown has turned musical.

In a development the former All-Pro wide receiver has been hinting at for weeks, Brown released a music video and rap single on YouTube on Sunday, Jan. 5.

Released under the stage name AB and titled “Whole Lotta Money,” the nearly two-minute long, black and white video features Brown repeatedly (kind of) singing the song title in auto-tune while masked females in lingerie count money, twerk and walk about an elaborate mansion.

Public and social media reception to the video has been almost unanimously negative.

The perhaps ill-advised turn to rap music is the latest development in a whirlwind year for the former Central Michigan star, who re-enrolled at the university in September.

Twitter has some harsh feedback for aspiring rapper Le’Veon Bell

The AB back-to-school adventure came after the All-Pro was released by the Patriots amid sexual assault allegations and by the Raiders after bizarre incidents involving his helmet, injured feet and his public battle with GM Mike Mayock.

Despite the negative feedback, Brown has also previously hinted that he’s working on a full rap album titled: “No More White Woman 2020.”

You can see the music video below, but be advised that it may not be suitable for all ages.

Here are some of examples of the negative feedback.
